CODE OF CONDUCT
SIP will never compromise on its integrity and shall take any action it considers appropriate to investigate any misconducts reported due to violations of this Code.

We are committed to conducting our business in accordance with the highest ethical standards and in maintaining a workplace environment that encourages open and honest communication.
 

ANTI-CORRUPTION POLICY
SIP is committed to conducting its business in accordance with the highest ethical standards and maintaining a workplace environment that encourages open and honest communication.

In SIP we embrace a zero-tolerance policy toward bribery and corruption. In this regard, SIP has in place an anti-corruption policy, which covers the areas of bribery, graft, gifts and business courtesies, events and arrangements, facilitation payment, use of middlemen and use of lobbyists and especially in connection with public authorities.

The policy is communicated and published to our employees for their reference and guidance. In addition, a dedicated Integrity email of confidential@sip2u.asia is set up for employees to address any concerns or queries they may have.
 

NO GIFT POLICY
SIP is committed to conduct business in accordance with the highest standards of integrity and ethics. In keeping with this commitment, we have adopted a No Gift Policy whereby employees are not allowed to receive or exchange gifts with any third party.
 

WHISTLEBLOWER ACT
In 2010, the Whistleblower Protection Act came into force. The Act is designed to facilitate the disclosure of improper conduct in the public and private sector. It is meant to protect individuals from detrimental action and for the investigations to be carried out in accordance with the law.

A 'whistleblower' is any person who makes a disclosure of improper conduct, wrongful activities and/or wrongdoings within a company. In SIP, we encourage the staff to immediately report any such cases to confidential@sip2u.asia

All information will be treated in a confidential and sensitive manner. Reasonable steps will be taken so that any individual making a disclosure will retain their anonymity unless they state otherwise.
